Supplier Identification

Article 1: Conclusion of the Contract

The contract between TA.MA SrlS (“we”, “our”) and the Customer is concluded upon order confirmation by TA.MA SrlS according to the procedures described in Article 2.
Submitting an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2: Purchase Procedure

The Customer may purchase only the products available online at the time the order is submitted.
The order becomes valid only when the Customer receives an email confirming the successful payment.
Bank transfers must be received within 5 working days or the order will be cancelled.

The Customer will receive an order confirmation email containing order details, pricing, taxes, shipping information, and payment details.
The Customer must verify the accuracy of all data and promptly report discrepancies.

3. Access the cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Enter billing information, select a payment method, and confirm the order.
5. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Accepted payment methods include debit card, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without explanation or penalty.

– No labels or tape may be applied to the original box.

Damaged Products
