At TA.MA SrlS we take great care in shipping our ceramics. Every piece is fragile, unique, and handcrafted in Italy, and it deserves to arrive safely.
Below you’ll find all the information regarding our shipping process, costs, timelines, and responsibilities.
Shipments
The shipments of our products are carried out via the courier services “MAIL BOX ETC “MBE”. The product will be delivered directly to the person who placed the order or to a delegated person.

– Italy – €15 flat rate
– Europe (EU + UK) – €35 flat rate
– USA & Canada – €65 flat rate
– Australia & New Zealand – €95 flat rate
– Other countries around the world – €80 flat rate
For large, multiple-item or oversized orders, shipping must be quoted separately after checkout.
Preparation Time
Every TA.MA piece is created and prepared with great care.
Order preparation takes on average up to 3 weeks, mainly because many items are handmade and, in some cases, made to order.
If a product is “made to order,” preparation times may be slightly longer. In any case, we will notify you by email if there are any changes.
Shipping Time
Once the package has been handed over to the courier:
– Italy: estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
– International: estimated delivery in 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (couriers, holidays, customs checks, etc.). We will always do our best to assist you and keep you updated.
Packaging and Handling
All orders are carefully packed using professional protective materials designed specifically for fragile items such as ceramics.
We work with specialized logistics partners to ensure:
– Secure, shock-resistant packaging
– Double-layer protection when needed
– Careful handling throughout the shipping process
Our goal is to minimize risk and deliver your order in perfect condition.
Customs, Duties, Taxes
For non-EU destinations, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
These charges:
– Are not included in the product or shipping price
– Are the responsibility of the recipient
– Are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities
TA.MA SrlS has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Damage or lost shipments
We take every precaution to protect your order. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
– Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item
– Email us at: tama@tamasphere.com
We will assess the case and work with our shipping partners to find the best solution.
Incorrect Adress & Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
TA.MA SrlS cannot be held responsible for:
– Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses;
– Failed deliveries when the recipient is unavailable;
Any additional shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
Refusing the receipt of the shipment is not allowed. Placing an order implies the mandatory receipt of the shipment, with the right to return. Any storage expenses due to the recipient’s absence and errors or omissions in the delivery address (including the name on the doorbell) will be entirely borne by the buyer.
